30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Medical products that have been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Email orders@medicalsupplybuy.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address
- Pack items securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package
- Ship to our facility: 27815 Ave Stanford #111, Santa Clarita, CA 91355
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Funds will be credited to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
